When it comes to VA disability claims, who you work with matters. Some companies are high-volume operations that rush Veterans through generic systems. At Code 3, we focus on fully developed claims, personal coaching, and flat fee pricing with no surprises.

Most claim companies use a multiplier model based on your monthly benefit increase, usually 5x to 6x, or take a cut of your backpay, often 20% or more. That means the more you win, the more you pay.

For example, Veterans going from 40% to 100%, this can mean fees of almost $15,000 or more. And often, that’s for templated support, rushed filings, and minimal guidance.

Payment Timing

To get started, there is a five hundred dollar onboarding payment once you sign your coaching agreement. This confirms your commitment to the process and allows us to begin working on your personalized claim strategy right away.

The remaining balance is not due until:

  • Your claim has been submitted

  • A final decision has been made

  • Vet receives payment from the VA

Refund Policy

If the claims we help you build do not result in an increase, we will refund your onboarding payment in full and you will not owe anything else for coaching.

We are not responsible for any reductions in claims that are unrelated to the ones we assist with.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of any VA disability claim. What we can do is help you prepare a fully developed claim that clearly meets VA standards and gives you the strongest chance of a successful result and an increase in benefits.
